SIM card not received

Hi,
While ordering the sim card, my browser auto-filled the wrong city and so I have not received the sim card. Could you please re-dispatch it to the updated address in my account?

Do you confirm me that the city is "FONTAINEBLEAU" ?
I can see a new command of a card SIM.

You will received it in few days.

after reception, it will be necessary to activate it in your Customer Space (Click on "Ancien Espace Client" - "Mobile Line" Section - "Activate my SIM card")

Thank you for the response. I received the new SIM card and activated it as well. Unfortunately, I still cannot use it to make calls or browse the internet. I do have another sim card in the same phone from Orange, and that works fine.

Do you confirm me that the number of your SIM Card Prixtel is 8933xxxxxxxxx4061399 ?

In order to determine where the anomaly may come from, I invite you first to perform a cross test: insert your SIM card in another unblocked phone from any operator (of a model different from yours) and another SIM card in your phone.
This will also reset the network hook of your SIM card.
