Charge for calls within the EU

Bonjour Monsieur, Madame,

I sincerely hope that you can help me with my inquiry. I bought a subscription with you last month, and I believed that calls and data usage within the EU was included. However, this month I've been billed 53 euros for calls made to Danish numbers. Furthermore, upon arrival in Denmark last week I was unable to use my internet, even though the program said that 10 Gb was included in the EU. Then, upon arrival back in France, I have for the past couple of days ben unable to call any French numbers or to send any texts. I hope that you can help me with these three issues as soon as you can.
