Suite à une expérimentation d’Orange sur son réseau 2G du 20 au 30/11, les utilisateurs de téléphones Samsung 2G risquent de rencontrer des perturbations dans les départements suivants : Ain (01), Allier (03), Cantal (15), Isère (38), Loire (42), Haute-Loire (43), Puy de Dôme (63), Rhône (69), Savoie (73) et Haute-Savoie (74). Veuillez nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée.
Téléphones concernés : Samsung GT-E1050, GT-E1080, GT-E1081, GT-E1085, GT-E1086, GT-E1150 et GT-E1170.
À compter du mois de janvier, ces téléphones ne seront plus utilisables sur le réseau Orange.

I have now changed my payment method from Credit Card to IBAN/BIC payment. As I tried many times to pay my bills, I would like to ask if you could consider to withdraw your fines. It was not my mistake for bing late it is because your payment system is terribly complicated and not precise. My client number is 1784L.
I hope you would kindly consider my case.

Dear Léa,
As you may know my credit card that I used to purchase Prixtel sim cards has expired and from now on the Prixtel payment system does not allow me to change my credit card. Until I have found a way to use IBAN/BIC payment method. But I don't know if it would work. So it is not fair that Prixtel has imposed me to pay the fine as I have tired again and again to pay my bills without success because of the payment system.

But could you please help me to check if IBAN/BIC payment method that I have recently chose would work? And if I can still use my phone number? because I will go to France in next few days.

the levy will be done next month following the modification of your payment method, that is why I invite you to pay in express your remaining due of 42.71 € before the end of the month otherwise your line will be canceled. just click on invoice and then Pay my bill in your customer area.

For security reasons, we block credit card payments from abroad.

So that you can pay your bill and exceptionally, you can access your account and pay your bill from Japan.

this should be active in a few minutes thank you for keeping me informed if your payment from Japan is accepted
