I have just registered with Ingenico. Could you please advice me how to pay by using Ingenico. It's such a complicated process and confusing ! Or I will terminate my Prixtel mobile service.

I have now changed my payment method from Credit Card to IBAN/BIC payment. As I tried many times to pay my bills, I would like to ask if you could consider to withdraw your fines. It was not my mistake for bing late it is because your payment system is terribly complicated and not precise. My client number is 1784L.
I hope you would kindly consider my case.

Dear Léa,
As you may know my credit card that I used to purchase Prixtel sim cards has expired and from now on the Prixtel payment system does not allow me to change my credit card. Until I have found a way to use IBAN/BIC payment method. But I don't know if it would work. So it is not fair that Prixtel has imposed me to pay the fine as I have tired again and again to pay my bills without success because of the payment system.
But could you please help me to check if IBAN/BIC payment method that I have recently chose would work? And if I can still use my phone number? because I will go to France in next few days.

I have tired as you told but all the time the credit card payment refuses me. I don't know what's going on. My bank CIC says there is no problem at their side.

Is your credit card a classic Visa or Mastercard? Your bank is French? And are you currently abroad?

My card Visa Gold. My bank is Banque Transatlantique. I am currently living in Japan and return to France every year. But living in abroad, I hope it should not be a problem.

So that you can pay your bill and exceptionally, you can access your account and pay your bill from Japan.
